Stroller Strides - FREE CLASS!

Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!

A total body work out with your little one(s)! It is an excellent workout and a wonderful community of moms.  Come experience for yourself. Classes start at RVC Rec on January 25th (FREE class on January 25th) and continue for 10 weeks. 

Cost: $17 for drop in, $130 for 10 class pass or $199 for unlimited classes during the session.
