PHOTOS: SSHS National Honor Society Induction
Eight new members were recently inducted into the prestigious academic club.
South Side High School recently inducted eight new students into the National Honor Society. Students Amelia Cairns, Elizabeth Cozier, Michael Firestone, Zachary Gottehrer Cohen, James Hallwood, Richard Koch, Andrew Talbot and Randy Williams were sworn in as new members of the academic merit group at the school's annual induction ceremony.
National Honor Society trustees — President William Vella, Vice President Jeff Cohen, Secretary Maria Passerelli and Treasurer Dana Ahern — spoke about the importance of leadership, service and character that comes along with being a member of the prestigious academic club.
