  • General Fund budget modifications in the current 2012 fiscal plan. Village Attorney Tom Levin explained on Thursday that it's about $2 million in adjustments, but the village isn't spending more money. He said they are shifting funds from line items that came in under budget to ones that may need more money than initially budgeted.
  • Professional Service contract with Denise McCabe for SAFER grant preparation. McCabe is getting paid $1,900 for his writing of a $933,000 grant to be used for fire department recruitment and retainment if awarded to the village.
  • Additional funding of $15,000 for H2M Design Review of various fire house projects.
  • North Shore ambulance service extension of present agreement through Aug. 31. Murray said the extension was done so it gave the village more time to negotiate a new, longer contract with North Shore.
  • $539,815 bid for a water main replacement.
