Two people were arrested in Great Neck Wednesday after posing as medical workers seeking to fill an Oxycodone prescription, Nassau County Police said.
John Gleeson, 39, and Melissa Bizella, 32, both of Oceanside, were charged with first-degree falsifying a business record.
Police said the two first called in an order for the painkiller to the CVS Pharmacy at 1 Gussack Plaza and were arrested at 9:55 p.m. when they attempted to pick up the prescription. They posed as representatives of a medical office, police said.
They will be arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
