Crime Watch: Oceanside Man Arrested for Public Lewdness, Exposing Himself

Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrest:

On Nov. 24 at 1:40 a.m., Joseph Ryder Kern, 22, of Garden City, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief during a police investigation on N. Park Avenue in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 24 at 3:50 a.m., Enrico Emanuelli, 40, of Ozone Park, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault following a disturbance that occurred inside Cabo, located at 3 A N. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 26 at 12:05 a.m., Matthew A. Puma, 22, of Oceanside, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, public lewdness, and exposure of a person following a police investigation on N. Park Avenue in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 26 at 3:56 p.m., Elise Marie Conway, 64, of Howard Beach, was arrested for petit larceny following a police investigation at Home Goods, located at 150 N. Village Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 27 at 2:25 a.m., Robert Comegna, 19, of Woodmere, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and VTL violations following a police investigation at Sunrise Highway and N. Village Avenue in Rockville Centre.

Robbery:

On Nov. 26 at 2:30 p.m., a complainant from Elm Street in Lynbrook reported that he was assaulted and robbed of his Tissot watch valued at $350 by four unknown males operating a white SUV motor vehicle while in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field No. 1 and Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre at approximately 1:15 a.m.

Burglary (attempt):

On Nov. 22 at about 6:55 p.m., a Harrison Avenue, Rockville Centre resident reported an unknown person attempted to enter her front door while she was inside her home.
