Crime Watch: More Details Released in AT&T Armed Robbery

Arrest

  • On Dec. 26  at 3:30 a.m., Frank Alagia, 22, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for harassment in the second degree, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a police investigation at his residence.
  • On Dec. 28 at 6:02 a.m., Christopher A. Cruz, 29, of Elmont, was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a police investigation on Lincoln Avenue in Rockville Centre.

Robbery

  • On Dec. 28 at 1:23 p.m., a complainant from AT&T Store, located at 237 Sunrise Highway, reported that two male suspects displayed handguns and stole 25 cell phones valued at $13,997 and $168.44 in cash. The two gunmen reportedly taped three employees in a back room and fled in a white Dodge Charger with a red temporary license plate.
