Crime Watch: Bottle Broken Over Man's Face in OMC

Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the RVC Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrest:

On Jan. 6 at 8:45 p.m., Christian Sanmartin, 29, of Corona, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and VTL violations following a police investigation at Merrick Road and N. Centre Avenue in Rockville Centre.

On Jan. 7 at 11:11 p.m., Michael A. McFarlane Jr, 22, of Rosedale, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and VTL violations following a police investigation on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

Assault:

On Jan. 4 at 10:25 a.m., a complainant from Cornell Street in Hempstead reported that unknown person(s) did assault him with a glass bottle causing facial lacerations while in the vicinity of Old Mill Court in Rockville Centre on Dec. 31 at approximately 11:50 p.m.

On Jan. 8 at 4:08 a.m., a complainant from Harvard Avenue in Lynbrook reported that an acquaintance punched him while in front of 13 N. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre resulting in a laceration to the nose.

Shocker. Hempstead residents are complaining about OMC. My what a reversal of fortune! Hempstead, best protect ya neck when entering the 37th chamber... OMC.
