No BONEHEAD Parking will Close Village Businesses

In my opinion, this is what you get in RVC when the Murray administration pressures village employees to rush through business applications without the proper review. I said it at the March 6 RVC Zoning Board Variance Board hearing. You can't use the parking requirements of one building to satisfy the requirements of two businesses regardless of ownership. Oh, well if you have one building in the Village at 330 Sunrise then the parking codes doesn’t apply to your second new building at 340 Sunrise. You know the Mayor is a great businessman he gives two for one deals out all day long. MARK MY WORDS THE VILLAGE WILL GIVE BONEHEAD A PARKING VARIANCE AT THE MAY 7TH Zoning Boards Variance meeting. These are the same people I spoke to at the March 6th meeting about the granting of a setback variance for BONEHEAD. They basically dismissed me when I cautioned them about how they were misapplying the parking code to Bonehead. They told me I did not UNDERSTAND, I understand. They granted BONEHEAD the variance with no new parking requirements. They told me that BONEHEAD did not need a parking variance it met the existing code. Now after the building is built BONEHEAD needs a variance? Were there no building department inspections during the 3 month building process to insure that BONEHEAD was building what they agreed to build? It is my opinion that the BZA will meet on May 7th and grant BONEHEAD the variance with NO ADDITIONAL PARKING SPOTS. They will not require BONEHEAD to close for lunch. They will not do anything for fear of being sued by their BONEHEAD friends. I believe the existing village merchants will suffer the worst of all. No new parking to meet the needs for all of their existing customers. I believe to satisfy the requirements of Bonehead you will all have to suffer. This is what happens when business people trust the present administration to do the right thing.
