Technology has made a lot of difference in our daily lives and as a result of my previous bad review owing to a sorry personal experience with Long Island Audiology, I was really happy to get a follow up call from Dr. Stephen Glasser, the owner of the practice. He politely apologized for whatever happened with me by revoking their illegitimate invoice at the same time. He was such a well-mannered gentleman that he often generously offered me a complimentary consultation in his office.

It is the highest form of self-respect to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them. This is what makes this world a better place to live in harmony. And this is what made me to feel great about his professional behavior and not to stop me to mention of his courtesy call as my review to knock off my previous comments.

Good Luck, Long Island Audiology!
