Grand Opening of Parlay Gastropub in RVC

The
highly anticipated grand opening of Parlay Gastropub in Rockville Centre has been
confirmed to be Friday April 4th 2014.



Parlay Gastropub is the newest addition to the Long
Island restaurant scene. The concept, conceived by a prominent New York
restaurant group, has been in development for one year and has announced its
official grand opening this Friday April 4th. The group prides itself on a
concept that will deliver superior food and drink quality, authenticity and a
great time.



Parlay
Gastropub will offer a creative, high-quality food menu and an extensive craft
cocktail and beer menu with 65 craft beers. The eclectic menu, created by a
renowned Long Island chef, will feature many delicious, specialty items
including signature flatbreads, gourmet burgers and mussel pots. Beer
enthusiasts can sample any beer by ordering a beer tasting flight. The
soon-to-be-famous Parlay Weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays will boast a
decadent menu of sweet and savory items unlike any other in the area.

With
delectable dinner and brunch menus, flat screen TVs to watch the game, and a
vivacious party atmosphere on the weekend nights there is something for
everyone. Parlay Gastropub will be open at 4pm for dinner and Happy Hour Monday
through Friday and 11am for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.



Parlay
officially opened its doors March 27th with a private Chamber of
Commerce event and ribbon cutting ceremony. The town has been buzzing awaiting
the official grand opening to the public on Friday April 4th where
the restaurant will host a complimentary cocktail party for its neighbors,
