The RVC Youth Council and the RVC Guild for the Arts invite everyone, old and young, to participate in "Chalk Talk on the Walk." We will have 20 sidewalk squares in front of Village Hall to write a message relating to the theme of the week. This week's theme is Safe Driving. Come out and show positive energy and good decision making and good healthy choices. All are invited. Complimentary refreshments provided by Bialystok & Bloom and this week State Farm Insurance will be giving out free back packs promoting safe driving to student participants.
Chalk Talk continues over the summer on Saturday mornings on August 3, 10 and 17.
