Joe, you and me have to party. You are a FUN guy. DIgits, pronto. Btw, Gastropub sounds like a tap-beer induced intestinal-distress type situation, which I traditionally avoid. So, take that to the marketing people, Gastropublicans.

Mr. Thrapp, you should go have a happy hour drink in the Ukraine. Plenty of police watching the citezenry there. You have a remarkable ability to discern so much from a photograph. .

I do have remarkable abilities to see and understand things. On March 22 after the parade people hadenuff they were bouncing aimlessly on the streets of RVC. You see public drunkenness is not unusual in RVC just go to any village bar at 2 AM on the weekend or better yet go to the village taxi stand at 3 AM where the line of drunk people are a hundred deep some nights waiting for a cab. The people in the picture are these people. That night more people were arrested and they put a cop in the hospital. In Ukraine alcohol and public drunkenness is so acceptable 20 to 40% die from alcohol. Maybe you would fit in better if you lived in the Ukraine. I say again " People should be able to go out and have a good time while obeying the law and respecting all the people in RVC .
