GM Burger Bar Grand Opening Set for Thursday
George Martin's third RVC restaurant ready to grill and thrill.
The doors of George Martin’s third Rockville Centre restaurant are finally ready to open.
GM Burger Bar’s grill will be lit for the first on Thursday at 5 p.m.
The North Long Beach road eatery will be open from Thursday to Sunday for dinner only starting at 5 p.m.

As of Monday, July 15, Burger Bar will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. On top of being able to dine in, GM Burger Bar will also offer take out and delivery.
The restaurant will replace the former RVC Gourmet Deli and Catering, located at 209 N. Long Beach Road.
