GM Burger Bar has released its menu to the public in anticipation of its grand opening.
While no official date has been announced, a spokesman for the George Martin Group said that the new Rockville Centre eatery would open early to mid June.
GM Burger Bar will replace the former RVC Gourmet Deli and Catering, located at 209 N. Long Beach Road.
The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. On top of being able to dine in, GM Burger Bar will also offer take out and delivery.
