Rockville Centre native Chris Smith's CBS TV show, "We Are Men," has been canceled after just two episodes.

Smith, whose film credits include “The Reluctant Fundamentalist” and “Paranormal Activity 3,” played Carter in the show opposite Tony Shalhoub,  Jerry O’Connell and Kal Penn. He has also guest starred on "How I Met Your Mother," "The Office," "30 Rock" and "The Mindy Project.”

Smith is the founder, head writer and principal performer of the sketch comedy troupe Harvard Sailing Team, which regularly perform at theaters and colleges across the country.

The actor, who currently lives in Los Angeles, took to Twitter to react to the news, writing, "Fun ride. Short ride, but fun. It was a short, fun ride. Like the Nitro. #wearemen #sixflags"
