Friendship Fair 2011

"FRIENDSHIP FAIR 2011" - OCT 14-15:  The Church of the Ascension, 71 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre, two blocks north of Sunrise Highway, presents this admission-free fair every two years, offering a wide range of items old and new including bargain-priced jewelry, collectibles, crafts, antiques, and books. Hours for the Friday and Saturday fair, one of the largest of its kind on Long Island, are 10 am to 9 pm both days. Baked goods, jams and jellies will be among the foods available for take-home purchase and lunch, dinner and snack choices will offered for sale at moderate cost. Raffles, special auctions and live entertainment will add to the enjoyment.
