RVC Spartans Win Their 6th Game

        The RVC Spartans hockey team roll over the Plainview team 8-4 Sunday night at Ice Works in Syosset.Scoring 4 goals in the first period,2 in the second and 2 more in the third to wrap up their 6th victory of the season.The scoring went as follows Pat Kavanagh with 4 goals,Brendan Daly with 2,Tim Cappitelli with 1,his first goal of the season, and Leo Staube with 1.The Spartans dominated the game right from the opening face off and got great surpport from their defense and goal tender Brian Albertsen.The Spartans took only 2 penalties throughout the whole game.The next game will be this Sunday November 10 at the Long Beach Arena vs Wantagh/Seaford,starting time at 5:15 pm.Should be a good match up last time these two teams played they went head to head and settled for a 5-5 tie.
