VIDEO: Residents React To Chase Bank ATM Fee Hike

Chase Bank is testing a $5 ATM fee in some states. Would you pay $5 to use an ATM other than your own?

According to the New York Daily News and Wall Street Journal, Chase Bank will begin charging higher fees for noncustomers to use its ATM machines.

Chase currently has the second-largest ATM network in the country with 16,000 machines.

The fees are nearly double the national average of between $2.30 to $2.60 other banks charge noncustomers for withdrawals.
