UPDATE: RVC Woman Reported Missing Has Been Found
Cops say Tarrah A. Gore, 23, was reported missing Saturday morning.
As of 1 p.m. Saturday, Nassau County Police report Tarrah A. Gore has been located.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Rockville Centre woman that was last seen in East Meadow.
According to Nassau County Police, Tarrah A. Gore, 23, was last seen at Nassau University Medical Center's emergency room Saturday wearing a hospital gown, grey sweatpants and sneakers.
Police said Gore was being evaluated for suicidal tendencies. She's in poor physical condition and cops say she's in a suicidal mental state.
She's described to be 5-foot-8, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Police urge anyone with information to call their local precinct.
