Police Seek Woman Who Cashed Bad Check in Baldwin

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman who cashed a bad check for $470 last year at a check cashing business in Baldwin.

On July 16, 2012, at about 9:34 p.m., the pictured subject was seen inside of Sunrise Check Cashing Service, located at 500 Sunrise Highway, where she cashed the fraudulent check in the amount of $470, according to police. Cops said she knew there were insufficient funds available to cover it. The subject fled the scene in an unknown direction.
