The Cancer Recovery Classes that will be hosted by NYSC in Oceanside are geared to those who are cancer survivors, those who haven't yet finished their treatment and or surgery.
It is crucial for your heart and lungs to do Aerobic exercise especially after Radiation and Chemotherapy.
We will be having 11:30AM and 4:30 pm Classes!
