From the owners of George Martin comes Grillfire, a trendy eatery on Rockville Centre's main commercial strip on Park Avenue between Merrick Road and Sunrise Highway. Though burgers are a mainstay on the menu, Grillfire also serves salads and hearty appetizers like chili pop shrimp and quesadillas.
