The newly renovated Cabo is a trendy, upscale singles bar and restaurant on the main strip of Rockville Centre's business district. It's mostly an older crowd — 25 and older only for guys on the weekend — and is known as a date-night location. It offers 17 different flavored margaritas and serves a vast Sunday brunch menu, priced between $7 and $11. On the weekends you might catch an eclectic mix of bands performing, and on Thursday and Friday there are happy hour drink specials.
