Blue Moon is not your average brick oven pizzeria. Some of its specialties include chicken scarparello, homemade ravioli and chicken francese. Its panini, which range from chicken and veal parmigiana to smoked salmon with gorgonzola cheese, are served with Blue Moon's classic roasted red pepper and garlic mayo. Customers are allowed to design their own pizzas, but the Blue Moon special, with peppers, onions and sausage, is a crowd pleaser. Wine can also be ordered by the bottle or the glass, with the most expensive bottle priced at $35.
