St. Agnes has scheduled a blood drive with the New York Blood Center for May 3 from 2:45 to 8:45 p.m. at the Parish Center.
To register, those interested/able should call Pam or Tom Toy at (516) 764-7874 in order to schedule an appointment. For medical eligibility, please call 1-800 688-0900.
All participants are asked to bring a photo or signature ID, have a minimum weight of 110 pounds and be between 16-75 years old. All 16 year olds must have parental permission, while anyone age 76 and over needs a doctor's note.
In addition, participants are asked to eat well (low fat) and drink fluids. No tattoos within the past 12 months.
