As the new week approaches, let's look back on some of last week's stories that were featured in Rockville Centre Patch. A new French restaurant, Aperitif, opened on Sunrise Highway. The Department of Public Works scheduled an ethanol clean-up at its headquarters. The MTA threatened to cuts its funding to the LI Bus service, while a local resident designed a Long Island travel guide application for the iPhone.
