Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!

A total body work out with your little one(s)!  It is a better workout then you'll expect and a wonderful community of moms/dads.  We also have playgroup activities and mom nights out!

Classes every Wednesday and Friday starting January 25th from 9:30 am - 10:30 am! 10 week session.
