Parenting Workshops

Parenting can be stressful and unfortunately there is no handbook that comes along with your child to give you all the answers. The "Children's Athletic Training School" (CATS) wants to ensure you that it is okay to look to others for advice and is here to help.

This program consists of group workshops, which strive to lend a guiding hand to all parents, providing support and encouragement in the parenting process. It will give you the opportunity to communicate with other parents and exchange ideas, strategies, and morals.

Topics in this program include turning conflict into cooperation, the development of self-esteem, peer pressure, personal safety, and many others.
