Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop
In Vanessa’s upcoming "Mindfulness & Meditation" workshop, we will explore some of the many tools & techniques to allow the "non-meditator" or "curious yogi(ni)" to quiet the mind and free the spirit. Through breath-work, mantra, chanting, and mindfulness, we will learn to experience ourselves in a whole new way... tapping into our inner most workings, and keeping the yoga practice continuous long after coming down from our savasana-buzz!
