Matthew Rosiello Liver Transplant Bowl-a-thon

NEW YORK YANKEE TO LEND A HAND WITH LIVER TRANSPLANT FUNDRAISER

 

          Frank Tepedino was born on Sunday, November 23, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York. Frank Tepedino was 19 years old when he broke into the big leagues on May 12, 1967, with the New York Yankees, which was his dream since he was three years old .  He played with the NY Yankees From 1967-1972 and the Atlanta Braves from 1973-1975, when he finally hung up his cleats and began to train and work as a NY Firefighter . He played side with MLB Icons Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Mel Stottlemyre, Hank Aaron, Roy White and many, many more, but his most defining moment was as a first responder to the World Trade Center on 9/11 . In 1993, Mr Tepedino was instrumental at a Fundraiser for a 3 year old boy with a liver disorder called “Biliary Atresia” as a guest of the Knights Of Pythias in Brooklyn, where he grew up. Eighteen years later , Former NY Yankee Frank Tepedino will again help the same young man , Matthew Rosiello, at his Liver Transplant Fundraising Bowl-a-thon at Rockville Centre Lanes on May 15th at 1pm. Mr Tepedino will sign Free Autographs for any and all Bowl-a-thon participants and “kibbitz”  about his time with the most famous professional sports team in the world.
