Rockville Centre resident and Kellenberg senior Alexandra Belzie placed third in the Original Oratory category at the Half Hollow Hills Afternoon Speech and Congress Tournament.
Belzie placed with her original composition about her life as a twin. Belzie received a half qualification for the New York State Championships in April for her outstanding performance.
