RVC Residents Named to Dean's Lists for Fall Semester

Multiple students from RVC earn top-notch grades during fall semester at college.

Several Rockville Centre residents were named to the dean's list at their respective universities in the fall 2012 semester. Here they are along with their school:

Sara Robinson of Rockville Centre was named to the dean's list at the University of New Haven for the fall 2012 semester.

Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the dean's list at New Haven.

The following area residents have been named to the dean's list at Providence College for the fall 2012 semester:

  • Deirdre Jahn, a member of the class of 2016
  • Mary McCann, a member of the class of 2014
  • Maria Ravn, a member of the class of 2013

To qualify for the dean's list at Providence, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

Lastly, Paul Asaro of Rockville Centre was recently named to the president's list at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC), where he is in the non-matriculated academic program.

Each fall and spring term, HVCC's president's list honors those students who have a term grade point average between 3.5 and 4.0.
