Petitions Available for School, Library Board Positions
Petitions must be filed with district clerk by April 22 at 5 p.m.
The annual election and budget vote for the Rockville Centre Public Schools and the Rockville Centre Public Library is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21.
Residents will elect one person to fill one vacancy on the RVC Board of Education, commencing July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2016.
Residents will elect two persons to fill two, three-year vacancies on the library board commencing July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2016.

The last day for filing a petition to be a candidate for the school board and the library board is Monday, April 22, at 5 p.m. with the school district clerk at the Rockville Centre Public Schools Administrative offices, located at 128 Shepherd St. in Rockville Centre.
