Dream Homes: A 'Castle' Built by Levittown's Founder

Occasionally on Rockville Centre Patch, we will feature a home on the pricier side. Today’s home is located at 25 Earle Ave., and features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in a 2,734 square-foot tudor on .32 acres.

The castle-like house, built in 1930, is currently on the market for $1,299,999. It was last sold in 2000 for $594,500.

This home has some unique history, as it was originally built and owned by William Levitt, the founder of Levittown. According to its Zillow listing,  the house was “restored to perfection on one of the larger properties in the community.”
