ToH Officials Bring Mobile Town Hall to RVC

Will be set up by the train station on Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray, Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino and Town Clerk Mark Bonilla are bringing the Mobile Town Hall to Rockville Centre on Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. to noon.

It will be stationed at the Rockville Centre Train Station.

The Mobile Town Hall will provide a variety of services. Residents will be able to apply for passports, safeguard their children with a child identification kit, adopt a pet from the Town Animal Shelter and voice concerns to Murray, Santino and Bonilla.

“The Mobile Town Hall is a great resource for residents,” Murray said. “Bringing valuable services to local communities makes doing business with the town more convenient.”

“In addition to enabling residents to apply for passports, place their children in the Child Emergency Identification Program or adopt a pet, the mobile unit allows neighbors to address any issues to Supervisor Murray, myself or the town clerk face to face, one on one,” said Santino. “I look forward to meeting with Rockville Centre residents and any other visitors to our mobile town hall.”
