He is a member of the Molloy College board of trustees and has been involved with the Rockville Centre Fire Department for many years.

No offense to Jeff, but what does he know about the utility business? In all of Long Island there isn't a mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineer to nominate to the board? What a joke!

I have to agree Frank. Not what we need at this time.

They wonder why LIPA is in dissarray they keep putting under qualified people in these positions. Dont get me wrong this guy can call in out street lights like the grand champion but what does he know about how a utility works.

Who is the gutless punk who keeps editing these comments. Is Greenfield himself an editor here

Waldman the accountant was or is going to be appointed as chair of LIPA. Isn't there a Rockville Centre connection with this guy too. Isn't his wife a principal of one of their schools? Skelos strikes again?

Boy I REALLY hope that Jeff can do a better job at LIPA then he did for Rockville Centre. After all the projects at Old Mill Ct. are such a wonderful aspect of living in Rockville Center.

Yes Robert well said, Not many residents are to happy with Mr. Greenfield. Even when you think Lipa couldnt be worse off they go and hire this clown.
Frank December 27, 2012 at 04:33 PM
Maybe he'll set up State housing at LIPA HQ so LIPA can supplement its earnings with section 8 checks.

does Dean Skelos give two cents about anyone that is serviced by LIPA? Dean Skelos seems to favor patronage over the greater good. He appoints an acccountant, a dietician, and now an insurance guy to the LIPA board. What do they have in common? None have a clue how to run an utility! Good Work Dean Skelos! After showering your mug all over Nassau and telling people how much you care, you do this? Shame, Shame, Shame on you!
