Nassau County 9/11 Ceremony Details Announced

Nassau County will honor the memory of those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001 during a sunset candlelight and remembrance ceremony at the 9/11 Memorial in Eisenhower Park. The ceremony, which will mark the twelfth anniversary of the terrorist attacks, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8. Click here for more.

Wall of Remembrance to Appear in Eisenhower Park

The Wall of Remembrance will be displayed in Eisenhower Park, parking field 8 from Sunday, Sept. 8, through Thursday, Sept. 12, marking the first time the memorial will be displayed in New York. The Wall of Remembrance is a one of a kind traveling memorial that pays tribute to all those lost on September 11, 2001, as well as the fallen heroes and veterans who answered the call to defend our freedom over the past 30 years in the Global War on Terrorism. Click here for more.
