The RVC PD a great when they are called, but in the evening there need more special operations, this place gets "dicey" from 1 to 5 am in the summer and weekends. How about some special operations or projects in the areas that have the most serious crimes. I wonder if they get phone calls over there that the elctric will be turned off if you miss a payment? The police have great safety checks on sunrise hwy stopping hard working truckers and going over the trucks with a fine tooth comb, why not use the fine tooth comb and check out the drivers and people where the robberies occur.
