BK - I agree, letters or a petition have to be sent to the village. Prost and crime are ramant over there and the hotel is in the middle of many homes. Something must be done sooner rather than later

dont you think it is srange that nothing ever happens to it? Makes it seem that someone in the police or on board are receiving kickbacks to make this go away. Each week threre is an incident there. Nothing ever happens. But they take section 8 housing in there as well. Guess someone is profitting from this big time!!!!!!

Wouldn't it be great if an organization of church and synagogue groups showed up to take videos of people coming and going, including their license plate info, and put the prostitutes and drug dealers out of business. If you shine bright lights in dark places, the rats run away.

I am a long term resident of Lynbrook and have seen this place as "infested" with this type of problem over the years and nothing is done except minor arrests. I can say honestly I don't know of one Lynbrook Police officer that would possibly take a payoff; so I don't think that is an contributing factor one should bring up; but I don't believe the village mayor or his board is doing enough to take care of it and rid the plight. Look what came of the "Courtesy motel" in West Hempstead--action by the residents can get somewhere!! So I challenge the Lynbrook Mayor and his staff to do something drastic..
