Crimes Nearby: WH Teen Charged with DWI, Green Acres Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Lynbrook, Malverne and Nassau County Police Departments. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.

DWI

• Brian J. Molter, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Oct. 19 on Central Avenue and Arkansas Drive in North Valley Stream for DWI.
• James V. Gomez, 18, of West Hempstead, was arrested on Oct. 21 on Long Beach Road and Daly Boulevard in Oceanside for DWI.
• Foster Baron III, 29, of Elmont, was arrested on Oct. 21 on Dauntless Parkway in Elmont for DWI.
• Vanegas Carlos Mendez, 35, of Inwood, was arrested on Oct. 21 on Mill Road and Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream for DWI.
• Labelson Valdez, 35, of East Rockaway, was arrested on Oct. 21 on Atlantic Avenue and Grant Avenue in East Rockaway for DWI.

PETIT LARCENIES

• Shaquanna Patterson, 29, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Oct. 19 for shoplifting at Old Navy in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream.
• James J. Hankerson, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested on Oct. 19 for shoplifting at the Walmart on Green Acres Road in Valley Stream.
• Jamel J. Talbert, 35, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested on Oct. 16 for shoplifting at the Walmart on Green Acres Road in Valley Stream.
• An unknown person removed two bicycles from a driveway on E. Euclid Street in Valley Stream on Oct. 20.
• Tquanna S. Brissett, 24, of Jamaica, was arrested on Oct. 20 for shoplifting at the Sears at Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream.
• Rashawn J. Davis, 23, of Hollis, was arrested on Oct. 22 for shoplifting at the Walmart on Green Acres Road in Valley Stream.
• Ruthy Edouard, 36, of Elmont, was arrested on Oct. 22 for shoplifting at the Walmart on Green Acres Road in Valley Stream.
• An unknown person removed a GPS from an unlocked vehicle parked on Grant Avenue in Woodmere on Oct. 21.
• Rachel O. Pompeii, 34, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Oct. 22 for shoplifting at the Walmart on Green Acres Road in Valley Stream.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

• An unknown person cut a chain that was attached to a metal bench on the side of a yard on Third Avenue in East Rockaway on Oct. 19.
• An unknown person removed a Halloween decoration from a front yard of a a Rockaway Parkway residence in Valley Stream on Oct. 20.
• An unknown person caused damage on Oct. 21 to the driver's side window and steering column of a vehicle on Belmont Avenue in Elmont.
•  An unknown person dug up several trees on Mill Pond Park in Valley Stream on Oct. 20.
