Jan. 31 - at 8:55 p.m., Maggie Caballero, 24, of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance on Merrick Road.

Feb. 1 - at 12:55 a.m., Joel Chong, 19, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle on Horton Ave. The defendant was also charged with an open warrant for uninsured motor vehicle.

Feb. 1 -  at 1:10 p.m., Veronica Oquendo, 19, of Ozone Park, was arrested and charged with false impersonation and unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway. The defendant was also charged with a warrant for robbery from the NYCPD.

Feb. 1 - at 4:40 p.m., Diamond C. Kearney, 25, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with petty larceny from CVS, located at 633 Merrick Road.

Feb. 5 -  at 11:25 p.m., Abdul A. Ibrahim, 30 of Arverne, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and unlicensed operation on Peninsula Boulevard.

Feb. 7 -  at 12:40 a.m., Louis Capone, 33, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief for an incident that occurred on Park Place.

Feb. 9 - at 8:20 p.m., Rosheda L. Honorat, 27, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to obey a traffic control device on Merrick Road.

Feb. 9 - at 9 p.m., Keith Houston, 34, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with petit larceny at 343 Merrick Road.

Feb. 9 - at 11:37 p.m., Ariel Bonifacio, 19, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with an open warrant for petty larceny on Broadway.

Feb. 11 - at 1:20 a.m., Robert O. Colbert, 46, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property on Scranton Avenue. The defendant removed two automotive rims from Sunrise Volkswagen located at 931 Sunrise Highway.

Case Reports

Aggravated Harassment – At 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 30, the complainant reports that an unknown person left a threatening note on their car, which was parked at their residence on Lynbrook Avenue.

Petty Larceny – At 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 30, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) did remove a prescription pad from South Shore Internal Medicine Associates office located at 158 Hempstead Ave.

Forgery - At 2 p.m. on Jan. 30, the complainant reports that a male did drop off a prescription at CVS located at 633 Merrick Road. After the subject dropped off the prescription it was discovered that the prescription was forged. The subject is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, 250 pounds, large build, brown hair and beard wearing a brown champion sweatshirt.

Grand Larceny - At 12:05 p.m. on Jan. 31, the complainant reports that their diamond ring, valued at $12,000 and a gold bracelet, valued at $2,700, missing from their apartment located on Broadway. The total value of the property is $14,700.

Identity Theft – At 9:40 a.m. on Feb. 1, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) opened a credit account by using their social security number in Florida.

Burglary – At 1:05 p.m. on Feb. 1, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) broke a rear window and entered their residence located at 31 Everett St. The person(s) then removed assorted jewelry and a Wii video game system. The value of property stolen is $ 9,000.

Criminal Mischief – At 6 p.m. on Feb. 1, the complainant reports that front glass door at 10 Union Ave. was broken causing $800 in damage.

Petty Larceny - At 8:13 on Feb. 4, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) did take their Samsung cell phone while it was at 30 Clark Ave. The value of phone is $100.00 dollars.

Petty Larceny- At 2:11 p.m. on Feb. 6, the complainant reports that the subject did enter the T-Mobile store located at 675 Sunrise Highway and did remove a Samsung Gravity cell phone valued at $150. The subject is described as a black man, 30-35 years old, 5’10”-5”11” tall, thin build, black hair, dark complexion wearing black jeans, white shirt, grey and black leather jacket and white and black sneakers.

Identity Theft – At 10:05 a.m. on Feb. 9, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) did used their name and their son’s name while filing a tax return.
