The 16-year-old from Lakeview was nabbed by Nassau County cops around 4 p.m. on June 14 after a 15-minute pursuit that involved a police helicopter.

According to Fifth Squad detectives, he was observed by a witness on Melvin Avenue attempting to break into two vehicles.
