Petty Larceny – At 8:55 p.m. on Feb. 8, the complainant reports that their wrist watch and cologne was missing from their residence on Winthrop Street.

Criminal Mischief – At 4:45 a.m. on Feb. 12, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) slashed the passenger side tires of their 2005 Ford while it was parked on Noble Street. The value of the tires are $300.

Burglary - At 4:07 a.m. on Feb. 13, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) broke the front door window of Pop’s Shop, located at 142 Hendrickson Ave., and entered the premises at which time they removed 31 NYS lottery tickets. The value of the tickets is $380  and the value of the damage to the door is $300.

Burglary - At 9 a.m. on Feb. 13, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) broke the front door window of K & K Auto, located at 176 Hendrickson Ave., and entered the premises at which time they removed 14 sets of car keys, $5 in cash and four personal checks. The value of the damage to the door is $300.

Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle – At 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 14, the complainant, Avis Car Rental located at 55 Sunrise Highway, reports that their auto, a 2011 Mitsubishi Galant, was rented on Dec. 21 and never returned by the customer.

Feb. 11 - at 10:03 p.m., Yechezkel Y. Lax, 21, of Lakewood, NJ was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe starting on Sunrise Highway.

Feb. 12 - at 3:30 a.m., Ushi Grun, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunrise Highway

Feb. 13 - at 1:10 a.m., Carl L. Lassic Jr., 29, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing on Sunrise Highway.

Feb. 13 - at 1:37 a.m., Lataya N. Carter-Lassic, 28, of Queens Village, was arrested and charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Sunrise Highway.

Feb. 14 - at 2:08 a.m., Pedro A. Sanchez, 34, of Columbia, Tenn. was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal on Hempstead Avenue.

Feb. 14 - at 4:50 a.m., Michael J. Diresta, 49 of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with five open warrants for petit larceny, aggravated unlicensed pperation (five counts), unlicensed operation, uninsured motor vehicle and no rear plate lamp on Edmund Street.

Feb. 15 - at 11:09 p.m., Alexandru Miu, 22, of Astoria, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance on Broadway.

Feb. 15 - at 11:09 p.m., Daniel Greenspan, 22, of Astoria, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance on Broadway.

Feb. 16 - at 9:05 p.m., Alexander Michaels, 20, of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Vincent Avenue.

Feb. 16 -  at 9:05 p.m., Jonathan M. Cohen, 21, of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Vincent Avenue.

Feb. 16 - at 9:30 p.m., Robert Chiocco, 50, of Massapequa, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts) on Merrick Road.

Feb. 18 - at 2:08 a.m., Martin L. Oliver, 50, of New York, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and no plate lamp on Merrick Road.

Feb. 18 - at 11:55 p.m., Joseph Brida, 25, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief on Duryea Place.
