Grand Larceny – At 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 13, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) removed their wallet, credit card, $150 cash and an iPod cable from their unlocked auto while it was parked on Highland Boulevard.

Criminal Mischief – At 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) shot paintballs at their residence on Sherman Street. The value of the damage is $100.

Burglary – At 5:10 a.m. on Feb. 22, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) pried open the door to their store, Royal Café, located inside the Lynbrook Railroad Station, and removed $400 cash and $400 in assorted cigarettes. The total loss is $800.

Identity Theft - At 2 p.m. on Feb. 22, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) used their American Express account to make two charges of $54.38 and $54.88.   

Grand Larceny - At 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) removed assorted jewelry from their residence on Broadway. The value of the jewelry is $7,250.

Petty Larceny - At 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 23, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) removed their cell phone from their vehicle which was parked on Merrick Road. The value of the phone is $704.

Identity Theft - At 5:40 p.m. on Feb. 23, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) used their Visa debit card to make purchases in the amount of $407.75.

Petty Larceny - At 5 p.m. on Feb. 24, the complainant reports that two males entered , located at 400 Sunrise Highway, at which time they removed $711.78 worth of merchandise from the store without paying. The first male is described as a M/B, about 30 years old, 6 feet tall, medium build, bald, dark complexion wearing dark pants and a black puffy jacket. The second male is described as a M/B, about 30 years old, 5’10”, medium build, bald, dark complexion also wearing dark pants and a black puffy jacket. The males were last seen leaving in a small Chevy, color silver, northbound on Forest Avenue.

Criminal Mischief - At 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 25, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) damaged their 2009 Chevrolet by scratching the paint with an unknown object while it was parked on Rocklyn Avenue. The value of the damage is $2,000.

Criminal Mischief - At 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 27, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) damaged the door of the Inc. Village of Lynbrook Bus which was parked in the parking area of Greis Park. The unknown person(s) then removed a fire extinguisher from the bus. The total loss is $200.

Feb. 21 at 10:45 p.m. - Rory J. Campbell, 31, of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and improper exhaust on Atlantic Avenue.

Feb. 22 at 10:50 p.m. - Jamie E. Pinkney, 37, of Garden City, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and improper exhaust on Lafayette Avenue.

Feb. 23 at 2:10 a.m. - Ian T. Boudearu, 18, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass at Greis Park located on Wilbur Street.

Feb. 23 at 10:06 p.m. - Michael A. Hannafin, 19, of Malverne, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Davison Avenue.

Feb. 23 at 10:06pm - Brandon K. Lima, 19. of Malverne, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (warrant) on Davison Avenue.

Feb. 23 at 4:05 p.m. - Craig S. Graves, 53, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property at CVS 633 Merrick Road.

Feb. 25 at 2:39am - Douglas Williams, 23, of Jamaica, NY was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation (warrant) on Saperstein Plaza.

Feb. 26 at 4:25 a.m. - Thomas M. O’Conner, 27, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief at 44 Stauderman Ave.

Feb. 28 at 8:10 a.m. - Jorge H. Arias, 54, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with a warrant for Town of Hempstead code for illegal structure (three counts) on Franklin Avenue.
