The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests
- On Feb. 10 at 8:56 p.m., Levon M. Smith, 23, of Freeport, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law offenses following a police investigation in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and Montauk Avenue in Rockville Centre.
- On Feb. 10 at 1:55 a.m., Stanley R. Gonzales, 49, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for menacing in the second degree following a police investigation at an Old Mill Court residence.
Robbery
- On Feb. 11 at 5:12 p.m., a complainant from Merrick Road in Rockville Centre reported that between 4:45 and 5:10 p.m., two unknown males restrained her in the apartment, displayed a handgun and attempted to steal property. There was no reported loss at the time of investigation at the scene.
Assault
- On Feb. 10 at 3:35 a.m., a Franklin Square resident reported that she was assaulted by an acquaintance while outside of Kasey’s Kitchen and Cocktails, located at 23 N. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre.
