Crime Watch: Woman Assaulted, Robbed of Oxycodone

Recent police activity as reported by the RVCPD.

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Robbery

  • On June 29 at 3:03 a.m., a female complainant from Rockville Centre reported that while in the vicinity of Windemere Place and Lenox Road in Rockville Centre, two unknown males pushed her to the ground causing lacerations to both knees. The injuries required no medical attention, but the suspects stole 20 oxycodone pills and $50 cash.

Burglary

  • On June 28  at 2:08 p.m., a complainant from Reid Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that sometime between 1 p.m. and 1 p.m., an unknown person(s) damaged a screen to a rear sliding door, entered the residence and stole assorted jewelry valued at $11,350 from a bedroom.
Criminal Mischief
  • On June 27 at 7:24 p.m., a Rockville Centre from Vincent Street resident reported a bedroom window was damaged by a pellet.
