Crime Watch: Weapon Possession Arrests

Arrest:

On Feb. 25 at approximately 2:21 p.m., Joseph M. Costabile, 26, of Greentown, Penn., was arrested for three counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following a police investigation on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

On Feb. 26 at approximately 5:20 a.m., Terrance M. Bennett, 20, of West Babylon, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and trespass following a police investigation on Lincoln Court in Rockville Centre.

On Feb. 26 at 1:54 a.m., Julian Aricapa, 28, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for disturbing the peace following a police investigation in front of his residence.

On Feb. 27, Tracy Burke, 48, of Roosevelt, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana following a police investigation in Morgan Days North parking field in Rockville Centre.

Larceny:

On Feb. 26, a complainant from Maine Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole her 2005 Suzuki from the parking lot sometime between Jan. 26 and Feb. 26. On Feb. 27, the stolen vehicle was recovered by police personnel in the Morgan Days North parking field.

On Feb. 25, complainant manager from Catholic Health Care Service, located at 992 N. Village Ave., reported that sometime between 1:50 p.m. and 2 p.m., unknown person(s) removed a wallet from her purse that was unattended at her work area.
