Crime Watch: Thanksgiving Eve Arrests at Cannon's Blackthorn

Recent police activity as reported by the RVCPD.

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests

  • On Nov. 21 at 6:26 p.m., Isaac Linton, 29, of Chesapeake, Va., was arrested and charged with identity theft in the second degree, attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree and several open arrest warrants following an investigation by police personnel at a Harrison Avenue residence in Rockville Centre.
  • On Nov. 22 at 12:40 a.m., Yoan M. Collado, 24, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree following an investigation by police personnel at Cannon’s Blackthorn Restaurant on N. Village Avenue in Rockville Centre.   
  • On Nov. 22 at 12:40 a.m., Thomas A. Martinez, 24, of Baldwin, was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree following an investigation by police personnel at Cannon’s Blackthorn Restaurant on N. Village Avenue in Rockville Centre.  
  • On Nov. 24 at 2:45 a.m., Michael P. McBride Jr., 22, of Great River, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Clinton Avenue in Rockville Centre.
  • On Nov. 25 at 2:28 a.m., Timothy R. Cassera, 46, of Setauket, was arrested for vehicle and traffic law offenses following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Forest Avenue in Rockville Centre.
  • On Nov. 25 at 10:53 p.m., Rudy O. Lopez, 48, of Uniondale, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second egree and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity N. Long Beach Road and Maple Avenue in Rockville Centre.
