Crime Watch: Sunrise AT&T Burglarized for $7K in Cell Phones

Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the RVC Police. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests:

On Oct. 14 at 4:13 a.m., Adriana J. Benitez, 21, of West Hempstead, was arrested for DWI following a police investigation at N. Village Avenue and Front Street in Rockville Centre.

On Oct. 11 at 3:52 p.m., Eugene Dilello, 45, of Rockville Centre was arrested for third-degree assault following a police investigation at his residence.

On Oct. 10 at 10:28 p.m., Harold T. Henegan IV, 21, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief following a police investigation on New York Avenue in Oceanside.

On Oct. 13, Andrew J. Peters III, 24, of South Hempstead, was arrested on Powell Avenue in Rockville Centre for fourth-degree criminal mischief following a police investigation at 50 N. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre.

Burglary:

On Oct. 11 at 3:15 p.m., a complainant from Voorhis Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) damaged two window screens and pushed up a third screen at her residence in an apparent attempt to gain entry sometime between 6:20 a.m. and 9 a.m.

On Oct. 11 at 3:20 p.m., a complainant from Hampshire Road in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) entered a rear window and stole property including a lap top computer and iPhone from her residence sometime between 9:20 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

On Oct. 12 at 4:24 a.m., complainant manager from AT&T Store, located at 237 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole property including approximately twelve LG and HTC Smart Phones valued at approximately $7,100 total after a store front glass window was discovered broken by police personnel.
