Crime Watch: Roxen Road Cars Egged

Crimes reported by Rockville Centre Police last week.

The following information was supplied by the Rockville Centre Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Larceny

  • On Jan. 4 at 12:30 p.m., an unknown man stole $50.97 worth of Tylenol and $19.98 worth of Advil from CVS.
  • On Jan. 6 at 8:10 p.m., a woman said that three unknown men stole her $600 iPhone and headphones at Front Street and North Village Avenue.
  • On Jan. 7 at 12 p.m., a Point Lookout man reported that on Dec. 31 at 12:55 p.m., someone stole an iPhone from a Powell Avenue home.
  • On Jan. 13 at 11 p.m., a resident said that between 1:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Jan. 11, someone stole 75 prescription Valium valued at $50 from his room at the Rockville Centre Best Western.

Unusual Incidents

  • On Jan. 9 at 10:30 a.m., a Marion Place man said money was withdrawn from his bank account without his consent.
  • A Roxen Road man said that between Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. and Jan. 12 at 11 a.m., someone egged his 2012 BMW.
  • A Roxen Road man said between 7 p.m. on Jan. 11 and 12 p.m. Jan. 12, someone egged his 2002 BMW.
Arrests
  • Jan. 9: Kevin Seymour, 34, of Lindenhurst, for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and eight other undisclosed offenses.
  • Jan. 11: Maurice Chase-Lewis, 25, of Baldwin, for second-degree criminal mischief.
  • Jan. 11: Ricardo Napoli, 25, of Deer Park, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
